My Celebrant Service includes the following:
- Completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage Form (NOIM).
- Access to samples of ceremonies/vows/poems/rituals etc to make things easy for you.
- Provision of Government information i.e. Relationship Services Information.
- 2 meetings with me and my administrative costs.
- A Rehearsal of the ceremony
- Preparation of legal documentation.
- Preparation of your Ceremony and drafts for your approval.
- Time and Travel on your Wedding Day – subject to location.
- Copy of your personalised ceremony.
- Your keepsake Marriage Certificate.
- Registering your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages (you will need to apply separately for official Marriage Certificate to be used for identity/change of name purposes).
- Portable PA system with CD player audibility for weddings. Please note: I will provide a portable PA system but please note that if there is rain then my PA system will not be available for outdoor weddings as the system may be damaged. So it is always good to consider having a wet weather alternative
Fees
Our first meeting is obligation free and this is where I will be able to discuss with you my fees for your ceremony.
Terms of Payment
Booking Fee payable within 14 days of confirmation of booking.
Balance of total fee payable at least 1 month prior to the ceremony.
Refund
The booking fee is not refundable.
Cancellations
Once the balance has been paid:
If the ceremony does not go ahead at the request of the couple or they choose not to use my services then the refund or partial refund will be at my discretion.
If I am unable to perform the ceremony on the day, I will undertake to provide a suitable replacement celebrant or refund the balance.
